Being a warm and compassionate has really helped the children's and young adult's confidence as they have someone to nurture their adventurous, creative tendencies. I have worked with SP International Kindergarten for four years and they truly helped develop my logistical skills managing school events and delegating tasks and responsibilities to my peers with specific deadlines. I am fluent in three languages which gives me a unique insight into the mind of an ESL learner. I have been able to use my journey to better empathise with the process of learning, I structure engaging lessons which stimulates a strong bond between having fun and language connection. Read less
