I'm an Australian national, living in Thailand for the past nine years. As a native English speaker, I generally speak British English, but I also have an appreciation of the differences American English provides. I have approximately 15 years of experience in teaching and training in a corporate and government environment, both locally in Thailand and in my home country of Australia as well as over 20 years in the accounting, finance & banking sectors and the construction industry at management & CEO levels.
I understand and empathise with my students in their learning dilemmas and feel for them in their attempts to improve their grammar, sentence construction, vocabulary, and pronunciation. I'm quite familiar with the design and delivery of Business English and General English Language and soft courses at multiple levels in Thailand, having done so for various divisions including International Sales and Trading, Planning and Production, for such companies as Honda, Kawasaki, Green Metals, Bangkok Glass, Maxim Integrated Products, Asian Trails, Valeo and Auto Alliance to name a few. I am reasonably well qualified with a Bachelor of Financial Administration, an M.B.A. majoring in Asian trade, a Diploma in Finance, a 2-year Training and Assessment Certificate and a 120 hour TESOL certificate as well as numerous other courses attended.
So what do I offer that others don't? A Thai/English translator for free, real-life examples based on actual experience, after class teaching material of interest and relevance to what is taught. Read less

I like to keep my students motivated and thinking by using real-life examples wherever possible so that they could ideally relate to these examples and participate by sharing their experiences albeit in English.
