Hello! My name is Trevor, and I've been teaching English for about 6 years. I've taught everone, from kindergarteners in China, to Government ministers in Azerbaijan.

I'm happy teaching both online and in person, and I will give you the confidence you need to communicate with native speakers.

My approach to learning is different to other English teachers. I provide a tailored program that builds both ability and confidence. Learning should never be a chore, and I make the lessons interesting, for both adults and children.

So not only will I give you the knowledge of English, but also the courage to use it!

I teach an individual program to each student. This is the main benefit of a 1-on-1 lesson. I go at the student's pace, and move as quickly or as slowly as the student requires. I don't practice a 'fire-and-forget' approach, I ensure understanding before moving on. I don't just teach the answer, but the how and the why as well. This approach allows the student to learn at their own pace, with effective results, and the student never feels like they are not progressing. Read less
