Hello! My name is Allison, and I am excited to get to know you. I recently received my teaching license for elementary education in the U.S., and I was a student teacher in a third-grade class for the 2020/2021 school year. I planned and taught lessons in reading, writing, math, and science. Currently, I am living in Spain and working as a language assistant for the 2021/2022 school year. I love teaching others and believe that learning should always be a fun and engaging experience.

In my free time, I love to dance, go for walks or hikes, visit the beach, and read a great book! Read less

I am a very patient teacher and I give students plenty of time to process and respond to information/questions. I always encourage rather than discourage students to make mistakes because I believe that is one of the ways we learn best. Also, I think it's important to get to know my students so I can learn their intersts and incorporte them into lessons. I love to use books, videos, and songs as part of lessons to provide visuals and make things more exciting! Read less
