I have a very hands-on teaching style and I like to see from the perspective of the student. I am a firm believer in understanding the underlying concepts as opposed to tedious memorization. Likewise, I believe that obtaining a solid foundation of the fundamentals will make other abstract concepts a lot easier for the student to grasp, so I will take time to make sure that the student understands the material.
