Expand your mind, learn a new language. Speak French and connect to the world.

Mon nom est Christian and I am a native French tutor from France, with over 20 years of tutoring experience, living in Vancouver, Canada.

I really enjoy teaching my language to beginners, intermediate, and advanced learners, using an integrative learning method where all my students are actively involved in reading, writing, and speaking French.

If you are a beginner (A1 junior-A2 level), I will teach you basic conjugation, grammar, and how to understand and respond to simple situations in a fun learning environment.

For intermediate (B1-B2 level) and advanced learners (C1-C2-IB-AP level), I will customise my teaching to your specific requests and help you with your assignments and projects. I also have experience teaching university students up to the master's degree level. For all levels, each course has a mid-term evaluation, and weekly homework is given to each student after the completion of the lessons.

I also like to immerse all students in the social and cultural environment of the Francophone community, with articles, novels, movies, and music references.

I hope that you will study French with me so one day you can speak, read, and write as well as I do.
