I have been teaching since 2011. I have taught at both private and public schools. I have obtained interpersonal and planning skills through talking to parents regarding their children’s progress, planning lessons for students considering individual needs, interests, assessments and observations.

As for my assessing skills, I have developed them through assessing students using different methods and giving constructive feedbacks to students.

I have developed flexibility by changing lesson sequence through observing students’ behaviours, having backup plans and considering students’ feedbacks. I am always enthusiastic because teachers’ enthusiasm can motivate students to learn and stimulate their interests.

I believe each student has the potential to succeed. I always try my best to find their strengths and interests, which helps me in planning.

I really value my teaching career as teachers influence our future generations who will shape our society. Therefore, I believe teachers should teach students about morality and having the right attitude, which will help them to succeed. Read less
