My name is Anthony De Luca-Baratta. I earned my B.A. in Philosophy from McGill University in Montreal in 2020. In 2017, I was inducted into the Golden Key International Honours Society, an international organization for high-performing undergraduate students in Canada, the United States, Australia, and several other countries. In 2018, I received the Reverend Domenico Gualtieri Prize for academic achievement in Philosophy.

While studying at McGill, I also published numerous articles for student-led journalistic publications, and one academic article for a Montreal-based artificial intelligence think tank. Having never received a paper grade lower than an A-, I want to help students of all ages and proficiencies in English achieve their expressive potential by sharing some of the insights that helped me succeed in my own academic writing. In the first session, I will take the time to get to know the student, their academic needs, their strengths and weaknesses, and will then devise a learning plan in collaboration with the student and, depending on the age of the student, their parent(s) or guardian(s).
